Educational Philosophy
My name is Tricia Consul. I am currently in last semester of my junior year. I am currently working at a daycare that I have been working at for about 3 years. To me the purpose of education is to make sure that all children are given the opportunity to learn to the best of their ability. In order for this to happen, children must want to learn. It is our job as teachers to make sure that the children stay interested. We need to come up with different ways of doing things. You also need to have a warm-welcoming room, where any child would like to learn. Keep motivating the children, and reward them for good things, however do not et them get over on you, stand your ground. It has to be a warm environment, this is what keeps the students coming back.

Mission Statement
My mission as a teacher is to be a facilitator in building a foundation for lifelong learning.
My purpose is to express my willingness to learn, willingness to teach and willingness to understand by being committed to ongoing professional development, by being comitted to my job, and loving the children and by giving everyone in my classroom a way suitable to express themselves.
